Yvonne Looye (Master of Laws, Erasmus University of Rotterdam) has almost 25 years of experience in the field of copyright and neighboring rights in domestic and and international settings. Trained in music and interactive industry (PolyGram, now Universal and Philips Interactive Media) she combined her legal skills with a commercial feel for deal making and contracting. She worked at NVPI, the Dutch association for the Record, Video and Games Industry, where she developed her strategic and lobbying skills. Since last year Yvonne has been responsible as interim manager for CEDAR, a collective rights organization in a period of managerial transition. She took part in political and strategic meetings related to her board membership of VOICE, association of collective rights organizations.
